Unity

Summary of my thoughts: Everything about God is unified. He is one God, with one church, with one doctrine, who died one death on one cross....I think the passage from Romans makes it pretty clear that we have to go out of our way to keep the Body of Christ unified. "Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification." Romans 14:19. I think that we are commanded to give up everything in our lives unless it caused us to stumble and sin.
